Catherine Bradshaw is an experienced leader, consultant and facilitator in the areas of non-profit management, organizational change, strategic planning, leadership development, and community collaboration. She has worked extensively in the non-profit sector, both on the ground as an executive director and clinician, and as a consultant helping agencies develop strategic direction and build internal capacity. She holds an MA in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University-Seattle and an MSW from the University of Washington, and has more recently been trained in Results Based Accountability (RBA) by the Charter Oak Group.
In the last two years, Catherine has followed a passion for developing sustainable food systems, and has applied her skills and expertise on a number of projects that are shaping the food and agriculture landscape of New Haven. She helped launch and is now co-Chair of New Haven Grows which is creating a garden experience in every school in New Haven; she is on the Steering Committee of New Haven Farms whose mission is to promote health and community through urban agriculture; and most recently, she was hired by the New Haven Food Policy Council to develop a series of policy briefs for the city’s Food Policy Plan.
