Jen is an Organizational Development consultant specializing in values driven, strategic and sustainable change.   Her experience includes formal education in Organizational Behavior and Ontological Systems combined with 15 years experience leading teams and large-scale initiatives in companies such as eBay and Johnson & Johnson, as well as consulting across a variety of industries.  From this experience she has honed an astute intuition for what is needed in strategy and implementation in order to produce breakthrough successes.

 

Jen is the Chief Inspiration Officer and co-founder of Edge Partners, a consulting firm committed to delivering strategic, high impact, and sustainable solutions in support of organizational strengths and goals.  She has a gift of seeing potential and creating and supporting change by ransoming resistance and fear for passion, inspiration and creativity.  Through her deep foundation in values and commitment-based leadership she has the ability to analyze, design, implement and measure intended results.

 

She lives in New Haven, Ct. and is fascinated and inspired daily by: breakthroughs in human development research and the extraordinary power of the unleashed human spirit, her “all that” husband Jim Baron, her 24-year old amazing professional poker playing adjacent son Isaac, her 21-year old brilliant and courageous adjacent daughter, Nina, her miraculously curious and musical 3-year old son, Theo and her King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Cooper.  She also enjoys strength training, clean eating, foraging for potential at flea markets, textiles, and finding beauty in the most unexpected places.
