Nancy is a facilitator and consultant to non-profits, businesses, and communities in the areas of mission, vision, and strategy. She began her career in corporate marketing and strategic planning with Procter and Gamble and American Express. After serving as a Bank of America vice president for new product and business development, she became an eco-business pioneer entrepreneur and founded one of the earliest green businesses in Connecticut. She has extensive experience in working with start-ups and organizations in crisis, transition, and growth stages, helping them define, expand, and realize their vision and mission. She brings expertise in organizational dynamics and structure, strategic planning, innovation, marketing, branding and positioning, governance, grant-making and evaluation, finance, diversity and inclusion, and development.
